What Kind of Witch Are You?
Explore which of our 12 witch paths best matches your interests and everyday habits.

How this witch quiz works
The questions explore interests such as gardening, home rituals, lunar cycles and learning from family. We match those preferences to 12 descriptions chosen for this collection. Some labels describe a focus, others a setting or a way of learning, so they can overlap. A hereditary result cannot establish ancestry, and no result initiates you into a tradition.
Rate 48 statements from strong disagreement to strong agreement, thinking about your usual behavior. Each answer adds to or subtracts from one or more result scores using weights set by Rare Personas. We convert each total to a 0–100 scale and show the highest scoring result. The scores are separate matches to our descriptions; they do not add up to 100% and are not probabilities or accuracy ratings.
All-neutral answers put every score at 50, so the first result in that tie has no special meaning. Small differences can change the order of close results. Compare the descriptions with specific examples from your life, including examples that do not fit. The questions and scoring have not been clinically validated.
Your leading result and a short description are free, with no email required. The full score breakdown and longer report are an optional one-time purchase. Reports combine your scores with prepared profile sections, so similar answers can lead to similar text.

What people say after the test
I expected something silly and got a genuinely thoughtful read. Kitchen Witch fits: my whole practice is soup, bread and keeping the people I love fed.

The questions are about how you actually live, not about aesthetics. Sea Witch surprised me at first, then the description made complete sense.

I sent it to three friends before I finished reading my own result. We all got different types and every single one landed.

Got questions?
How does the witch quiz work?
Rate 48 statements about interests, habits and preferences. Each contributes to one or more of our 12 path scores. We normalize the totals and show the highest scoring path. The result suggests a description to explore, rather than establishing a fixed identity or spiritual ability.
Is the witch quiz free?
The quiz, your leading witch path and a short description are free, with no email required. Scores for every path and the longer report are an optional one-time purchase.
Do I need to practice witchcraft to take it?
No. You can use it to explore an interest or find language for practices you already enjoy. Liking plants, cooking or the night sky does not by itself make someone a witch; whether to use that identity is your choice.
Can I get more than one witch type?
The quiz selects one leading match, but the labels describe different aspects of practice and can coexist. You could explore plants as a green witch while practicing alone as a solitary witch. The public library lets you read all 12 descriptions for free.
Does a hereditary witch result prove ancestry?
No. Here that score reflects answers about family customs and learning from relatives. A quiz cannot verify inherited traditions, family history or membership in a community.
